3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation. By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown are final prices including VAT. Shipping costs will be charged separately.
- Germany: €7.90 (Delivery time approx. 3–5 working days)
- Other EU countries: €14.90 (delivery time approx. 5–10 working days)

Delivery within the European Union is handled by standard shipping providers (e.g., DHL, DPD). Delivery time within Germany is typically 3–5 business days, and to other EU countries 5–10 business days. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.
6. Payment methods
Our shop offers credit card payments as well as other payment methods provided through our payment service provider Stripe (including SEPA direct debit, Bancontact, and others, depending on availability in your country). The payment methods actually available at the time of your order will be displayed during the checkout process.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Product Information
Our products are dietary supplements and not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children. 12. Applicable Law
For contracts with consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective country of residence apply. Otherwise, European law applies.
13. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
